WELCOME TO THE PEMBROKE JR. SPARTANS FOOTBALL & CHEER

Pembroke Friends of Football & Cheer have been monitoring and abiding by the recommendations setforth by the State of NH, CDC, WHO, as well as AYC/NHYFSC, and GSF League as it pertains to social distancing in response to COVID-19 pandemic.

While no one knows what the future may bring, we, PFOF, are working and planning for the 2020 football and cheer seasons as close to normal as we can.  Information and notices will be shared on our team Facebook groups outlining the organization's plans and such.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact one of the board members and/or coordinators.

Cheer

2019 Div. 14 Large Level 3 National Champions | 2x New England Regional Champions | 2019 Level 3 Grand Champions

  • Open to ages 7 - 14 years old*
  • Residents of Pembroke, Allenstown, Epsom, Hooksett, Chichester, Concord, Bow, Deerfield, Loudon, & Belmont
  • Teams based on age and skill level
  • No tryouts - Everyone makes the team

2020 Season
The 2020 season doesn't officially begin until late July/Early August but there's plenty of work going on behind the scenes.

Visit often to see what's new for Jr. Spartan Football and Cheer.
